Olbia’s Lungomare (promenade) is a two-minute walk away and offers a beautiful promenade with views of the Gulf. It is an ideal place to stroll, enjoy the view and breathe in the sea air. The promenade is well maintained, with wide pavements and pedestrian areas winding along the harbour. In addition, there are numerous restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy the local cuisine, famous for its fresh fish dishes and Sardinian specialities.
During the summer, the Lungomare and Corso Umberto I come alive with cultural events, concerts and evening markets. These events offer a lively night-time atmosphere, perfect for those who want to end the day with music and fun.
For nature lovers, it is a 15-minute walk to the large ‘Fausto Noce’ urban park, a green oasis where you can relax or play sports. There are paths, ponds, play areas, a jogging track and gymnastic equipment.
Thanks to its central location, Via de Filippi is well connected to the main arterial roads and public transport.Local bus lines offer direct and frequent connections to the beaches, making travel easy even for those without a car.
